The agreement between you and Clipscout Shelf Media Ltd when you use clipscoutscoutshelf.makeup.

  • Effective 1 January 2026
  • Version 2.1

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using clipscoutscoutshelf.makeup (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. The Site is operated by Clipscout Shelf Media Ltd ("we", "us"), company number 14892371, Unit 4, 118 Deansgate, Manchester M3 2ER, United Kingdom.

2. The service

The Site publishes editorial guides about football-related travel in Europe, including stadium information, fixture commentary, transport comparisons, food and drink recommendations and itineraries. We are an independent publisher. We are not affiliated with any club, league, transport operator, venue or ticketing platform, and we do not sell tickets, travel or accommodation. Where we respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form, we do so as general editorial guidance and not as a travel agent or professional adviser.

3. Your obligations

You agree that you will:

  • use the Site only for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes;
  • not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or any connected system;
  • not scrape, crawl, mirror or bulk-download content other than through search engines operating in accordance with our robots directives;
  • not submit content through the contact form that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, infringing or that contains malware;
  • not misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us;
  • comply with all applicable laws, including the laws and stadium regulations of any country you travel to.

4. Intellectual property

All text, graphics, logos, design, code and the compilation of content on the Site are owned by or licensed to Clipscout Shelf Media Ltd and are protected by copyright, trade mark and database rights. Club names, league names and stadium names are the trade marks of their respective owners and are used for identification only. You may view, print and share short extracts for personal, non-commercial use with attribution and a link to the source page. Any other reproduction, adaptation or distribution requires our prior written consent. By submitting content to us you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it for the purpose of responding to you and improving the Site.

5. Third-party sites and travel information

The Site links to third-party websites, including league fixture lists, transport operators and official ticketing channels. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or terms. Fixture dates, kick-off times, prices, opening hours and transport schedules change frequently. We take reasonable care to keep our guides current, but you must verify all details with the official source before booking or travelling. Nothing on the Site constitutes a guarantee that a match will take place, that tickets will be available or that a price quoted will still apply.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect, consequential or special loss, loss of profit, loss of enjoyment, missed fixtures, travel disruption or wasted expenditure arising from your use of or reliance on the Site. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of the Site shall not exceed £100. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, in whole or in part, immediately and without notice if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms, or where required to do so by law. Sections 4, 6, 8 and 9 survive termination. You may stop using the Site at any time.

8. Governing law

These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident in another country, you retain the benefit of any mandatory provisions of the law of that country.

9. Disputes

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at [email protected]; we aim to resolve complaints within 14 days. If we cannot resolve the matter informally, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers resident in Scotland, Northern Ireland or an EU member state may bring proceedings in their local courts. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, is always published at this address; continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance. Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected] or through our contact page.
